How far in advance should I place a catering order?
We recommend placing catering orders at least 24–48 hours in advance for standard
platters and at least 72 hours for large events or custom orders. For holiday
catering (Thanksgiving, Christmas, graduations), ordering 1–2 weeks in advance is
